Director Responsibilities
The Public Works Director plans, assigns, and supervises the work of the crews engaged in the installation, maintenance, and repair of public works facilities and equipment. The Public Works Director also investigates and resolves public complaints and prepares clear and accurate reports.

Recycling Center
Visit our 24 hour Recycling Drop-off Center at 1200 Kern Street. If Mid Valley Disposal does not accept your item at curbside recycling we cannot accept it at Public Works. Examples of items we cannot except include furniture and scrap wood. If you are in doubt, please call 559-897-5328).
