Reservations must be paid in full and all application information provided to hold your place at the park. In addition to the online option, park reservations can be scheduled at City Hall between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Reservation fees are collected and contracts are issued for every reservation. For more information call 559-897-5821.
The City will soon be applying for Prop 68 funding which will be distributing $650 million dollars throughout municipalities across California. Applicable projects must involve either the development of a new park, expansion of an existing park, or renovation of an existing park.
Applicants for the Prop 68 Parks Grant must submit a different application for each project and an applicant can potentially receive multiple grant awards that total more than $8.5 million.
Based upon recommendations from the Community Services Commission, the City will be applying for improvements to Athwal Park, Heritage Park, Bi-Centennial Park & the Dog Park.
