
CPR & AED (Workplace & Community Level)
This course is designed for the general public who want to learn lifesaving CPR and AED skills in a straightforward, supportive setting - no prior medical experience required.
Participants will learn how to recognize cardiac arrest, call for help, perform high-quality chest compressions, provide rescue breaths, and use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) until professional help arrives. This training is ideal for parents, teachers, coaches, workplace staff, fitness instructors, and community members looking to be prepared for emergencies.
Please Note:
This is not a BLS (Basic Life Support) course and does not meet requirements for most healthcare-related certifications.

Train with Confidence
This course is taught by active Firefighter/Paramedics with real-world emergency experience. You'll practice on professional-grade equipment and receive a course completion card issued through the American Heart Association, valid for 2 years and widely accepted by employers, schools, and organizations.
