The news comes after over a year of regulatory uncertainty and the Federal Communications Commission has signaled that it will approve the deal.  This is good news for the region and California since T-Mobile plans to open a "Customer Experience Center" in Kingsburg which would create more than 1,000 new high paying jobs and contribute $105 million to the local economy.  The merger will also bring similar call enters to other cities and the expansion of existing call centers.

A California-based consulting firm, Berkeley Research Group predicts stimulated economic growth by as much as $122 million to California's economy. The City of Kingsburg is very excited about the new T-Mobile Customer Experience Center planned for Kingsburg.  Check back for updates!
