Abigail Palsgaard was born and raised in Tracy, CA. She moved to the Fresno area to attend Fresno State where she graduated with a B.A. in History.  With a strong foundation of three years of experience as a legal secretary/office manager and more than twelve years in local government, Abigail brings a passion for democracy, customer service and transparency.  Abigail received her Certified Municipal Clerk designation from the International Institute of Municipal Clerks in January 2019. She is married to her husband Brandon and they have three wonderful children.
