Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) training prepares and teaches community members to become better prepared for emergencies. Our goal is to promote a safer home and community for you to live in.
CERT is a volunteer program sponsored by Kingsburg Fire Department and we are looking for volunteers who have a passion for helping others. There is no fee to participate, other than some of your time and effort. This is a great way to get involved with helping our community and learn valuable skills while doing it!
This is a free 4-week course with participation in a Disaster Simulation.
Attendance is required for a Certificate of Completion, and to be able to assist public safety officials including Fire and Police.
