Can't pay your utilities due to COVID-19? Emergency Utility Assistance provides one-time utility payment(s) of up to $600 to eligible households in the following areas: Fowler, Kerman, Kingsburg, Mendota, Reedley, Selma and Unincorporated Communities in Fresno County.

Program Requirements for Applicants:

Must be a resident of the program area and utility account holder
Must be income eligible
Must have COVID-19 impact
Must complete application and provide all requested documents

HUD funded programs require U.S. Citizenship or permanent residency. Visit www.fceua.com to apply. Applications Accepted Online Only UNTIL FRIDAY, MARCH 26.
